Incorrect Unreturned Equipment Email

I received an automated email that I will be charged for unreturned equipment however this is incorrect. I dropped off all the specified items to UPS using the label provided by Verizon well within the time specified. Considering I have the UPS slip I will consider this a fraudulent charge and ensure my bank is involved if this canโ€™t be solved internally.
