Incorrect bill

A salesperson came to my house and offered this service, said that if you decide to cancel within 30 days there is no cost which turned out not to be true. I cancelled the service, followed the instructions to return the equipment, and still have received bills. Not only can I not pay the $6 prorated bill, because my account is disconnected and no matter what I do or what number I call there is no way for me to pay it online, I was charged the $200 for not returning the equipment. I tracked the number given to me at UPS from the Verizon prepaid label- it says it was delivered so I'm getting an incorrect bill and haven't been able to get anyone to remedy it despite daily efforts and trying every number.
At this point posting this is my last hope. I've told everyone I know to never do business with Verizon and will continue to do so.
