I have two Insignia TVs  that will not connect to my new Verizon home wifi. Says it's available  and is listed in the networks but says Network Disconnected.

I'm sorry you are having this issue. Try navigating to your TV's network settings, locate the Wi-Fi option, and select your Wifi network. If you encounter difficulties, ensure your router is on, you're within range, and the 2.4GHz band is active.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems connecting your Verizon Home Internet to your TV's. Just to be sure, are you using the equipment you got from us or are you using your own router?

If possible, can you try performing a factory reset on the internet equipment? Here's a link with the steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-227011/

Your TV should also have the option to perform a network reset which can help with connection.

Please keep us updated.

Yes.  I am using the brand new Verizon home internet equipment I just received. It works on every single other thing we connect but  NOT with both of our Insignia TV's.  I have factory reset both TV's along with the new Verizon equipment - to no avail. So now I switched to Verizon and can't utilize my TV's. Not happy.
