Internet discount thru ACP

I've called multiple times and spoke with someone about getting the ACP discount. I was a new internet customer when signing up. I can't get any resolution when calling and now my code for the discount isn't any good. I got an email stating it expires.... this is my first time getting anything life this... not sure If that's normal
