Internet dropping connection

When I run a speed test on my router it just say NA and my connection drops all the time I always have to unplug my router and plug it back in because it doesn’t let me restart the router from my Verizon app when it loses connection

What router do you have?
What's your signal strength on the router homepage?

I have the ASK-FA and do not have the issues you speak of.

I always reboot my device from the router homepage (usually https://192.168.0.1) and do not from the app.
