Internet service and Customer Service

I have called week after week to beg for improved internet service for months and just 2 weeks ago a male Rep admitted there was an area outage. He would have them come out and check/ correct it and he would call back in a week to follow up, of course that never happened. I called today and BEGGED for management because I am tired of the run around the first 2 people hung up on me, I finally got a Female who claims to be Management who said to me " if Verizon is not helping you do you have any other options " I asked her to clarify because there is no way Management would have responded with "go somewhere else".

I had a break in and of course my numerous cameras were no help because the wifi is not functioning. My employment is in jeopardy due to minimum to no wifi service. Verizon assured coverage in my area and they accept my money every month but has yet to provide the service it promised. I cannot get in touch with Management or anyone accountable to help me. I feel they are in breach of  contract  as well as responsible for leaving me vulnerable to break - ins and losing employment (which has already been threatened).

I am not asking for favors or special treatment I only want what I pay for. I have exhausted every avenue of contacting someone for help only to be hung up on and made promises they have no intention to provide.

We're sorry to read about the issue with your service and we're here to help. Are you at the address where  you signed up for service? Was there a change in quality of service from one day to the next? ~Peter
