Internet shut off as ACP Windown
Brookiieebabyyy

My service was suddenly shut off a few days ago. When I called, I spoke to 3 different representatives who all didn't understand why my service had been shut off since my due date wasn't until June 07 according to my most recent bill. Well while on that call, I was forced to make a payment plan, despite telling both the first person I spoke with and again to his supervisor that I wouldn't have the payment available by the 27th, that I'd for sure have by June 07. Despite this, I had to give my card details and that was the only way they were going to turn my service back on. Well the 27th came and went, and I didn't have the funds to pay. Now it's the 30th, and my service has been shut off again. Please help me to understand. For 1. I was under the impression that under ACP rules, that you couldn't shut off someone's internet unless it was 90 days past due. and 2. Verizon advertised everywhere that they are keeping internet free for ACP users for 6 months, but how is that factual if mine was shut off for equipment charges. I'm about to lose my house. My fiance has the only Lifeline allowed to a residence with only 6 GB of internet, and even less for hotspot. I desperately need my service back on. PLEASE. I need to reach out to local homelessness resources, legal aid, and much more so that I might be able to prolong being forced out of my house. Please, I'm about to be homeless. I need all the resources I can get. Please help me to get my service back on. I need it terribly. I can pay by June 07, when my previous bill was due by, for sure. Please help me do this.
