My internet gets cut off all the time cuz they website and app never work to pay and when they so cut it off they charge me 50 dollars more fix ur app like that we can pay my internet is disconnected right now and cant pay cuz it wont let me its frozen dont even let me click on my card and for all this money cant even speak to someone to complain about my service
