I just installed the box. Once I connected via the QR code the wifi signal on my phone has a 6 next to it, but my husband's does not. Is that something I should be concerned with?
We can help out with any questions you might have. Could you clarify on what your phone shows? Is the 6 showing when you connect to Wi-Fi only?
