CANT Receive texts, calls, use chatbox, nor reach live agent as the 2 numbers given connects to robocall which eventually hangs up on me, can't Receive Verizon help calls. all because Verizon assigned random phone number to wifi which they attached as my auto-default phone number and won't allow me to change! 30 tickets plus numerous emails with no response, no resolution despite detailed problem info. Have had HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE AND DANGEROUS AS AM DISABLED AND HOMEBOUND, BED-RIDDEN & no.on will help from Verizon!! Need someone to call me to correct NUMEROUS PROBS, ISSUES!***
