Yes it’s been a month since I signed up for the Internet and was promised an Xbox and a $200 gift card to Amazon made several tips to try to contact someone who can take care of it. I just keep hearing excuses I had a promo form filled out. I had to wait two weeks for that and I received an email saying that I was approved for the Xbox and a text for the 200 gift card saying I was approved and have yet to have anything or any verification emails saying that it’s been sent out the card numbers to the gift card I’m extremely upset over this situation there’s not one person who can fix the issue but tall expect our bills on time I signed up because of my sons bday I’m a widowed mother his bday is in 2 weeks and still nothing! And as I keep reading there’s several reviews with people with the same problem! We work too hard for our money to get tricked by a company bc y’all want business I’m very disappointed y’all being a big company like Verizon y’all let metro smoke y’all at least the honor there promises. Maybe we should all go strike and not pay our bill I bet y’all would mellow out then! My mom is head of the paper if someone doesn’t make this right soon y’all will get to read a really nice article about how yall are tricking customers with Xboxes for buisness someone please help getting very impatient My little boy disappoint on his birthday.
