Yes it’s been a month since I signed up for the Internet and was promised an Xbox and a $200 gift card to Amazon made several tips to try to contact someone who can take care of it. I just keep hearing excuses I had a promo form filled out. I had to wait two weeks for that and I received an email saying that I was approved for the Xbox and a text for the 200 gift card saying I was approved and have yet to have anything or any verification emails saying that it’s been sent out the card numbers to the gift card I’m extremely upset over this situation there’s not one person who can fix the issue but tall expect our bills on time I signed up because of my sons bday I’m a widowed mother his bday is in 2 weeks and still nothing! And as I keep reading there’s several reviews with people with the same problem! We work too hard for our money to get tricked by a company bc y’all want business I’m very disappointed y’all being a big company like Verizon y’all let metro smoke y’all at least the honor there promises. Maybe we should all go strike and not pay our bill I bet y’all would mellow out then! My mom is head of the paper if someone doesn’t make this right soon y’all will get to read a really nice article about how yall are tricking customers with Xboxes for buisness someone please help getting very impatient My little boy disappoint on his birthday. Y’all are all to really hear it.

Hello I hope I have the right person I’m messaging you back I really hope that this can get fixed and resolved. I’m extremely upset over this issue. My son‘s birthday is tomorrow and I’m still without the Xbox and the gift card. All I want is what y’all promised and y’all won’t hear a peep from me and I will pay my bill every time a month every month

They are just going to fill out another escalation form and tell you to wait 4-6 weeks..... I've been through this 3 times already and still no solution.

Ain’t no one done anything to fix my problem and now every time I try to reply to y’all‘s private messages it’s saying that I cannot send any more messages I’ve sent my max amount which is totally crazy. I need a email with a confirmation number and a tracking number to this Xbox that’s been mailed out I’ve done received an email stating that I was getting it. You tell me what woo hoo congratulations on your new Xbox. Five console means to you my son is done woke up on his birthday with no Xbox.

It’s an image showing where y’all sent me an email saying that I was approved to receive the Xbox that has yet been mailed off. This is getting very upsetting and I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and then y’all remove some post that I put on there claiming that I was using profanity or something that was off the subject and that’s not true. All I did was state facts and I thought this was a community form where we can put anything that we want on here But y’all don’t like being told y’all wrong this is gone way too long and it’s still not even being fixed. I set up a payment arrangement with y’all for the 13th. My phone was shut off on the seventh then I call up there to to ask what’s going on I get made to look like I’m a liar because the person didn’t put it in the file correctly. They cut my phone on and I have until the ninth and shutting it back off and y’all haven’t even honored the promo that y’all promised out but yet you’re shutting peoples phones off for them not paying the bill. Tell me how that’s right we should be able to use excuses just like y’all

I just had to wait. Finally got here last week. I went on my account and claimed the promotion back on December 15. There was an issue with that so I claimed it again (not sure why it let me) on December 29th. I was assured that it worked come. Eventually it did…customer service was no help during the prices at all.
