Just got Verizon 5G after I was promised it would be a comparable service to Xfinity land line but it's not. My Xfinity landline is 10ms ping with 0 latency spikes. With Verizon Home 5G I get 50ms with packets dropped every so often with spikes going up to 300ms. If I cancelled my service now, would I lose my promo since I already redeemed them?

As far as promotion, depending on what promotions you redeemed, there is a minimum amount of time required for you to keep your 5G Home Internet or those promotions would be charged back.
