I have a Verizon_V43XZK modem/router and a Verizon_47RNZG extender.
My cell phone is an Iphone 15 that is set up to use WiFi as a connection when I am at my home.
My PC is a Dell Desktop.
For the past several months I have had problems with web pages that are slow to load on my PC, as well as incoming cell phone calls that never ring but roll directly to voicemail. Often when I make an outgoing cell phone call, the first attempt does not go through but if I redial it will go through.
5G signal strength seems good (-117).
Speeds seem good as measured by speed test on the PC.
I have suspected latency problems and after reading some of the posts at this website, I discovered and started using, Packetstats.com to monitor latency.
Packetstats indicates that my latency stability is generally bad, with very short periods of good stability and common periods of very bad instability.
Average pings about 430, max 19087
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
