I do not have Verizon cell service (I have Straight Talk), but I did sign up for 5G Home Internet. The 5G works, but I have not been able to link the service in the Verizon app. When I enter an account number to register, a prompt says I cannot because I need to be an account owner.
Does someone have any advice? I spent about two hours on customer support chat, but the problem was not resolved. The phone helpline disconnected the call since I don’t have a wireless account. I want to set up autopay.
