MY VERIZON 5G INTERNET IS OFFLINE BUT MY DEVICES ARE STILL WORKING

Late last week I tried to run a speedtest on the Verizon website, I was unable to do it, The Verizon website said that I was OFFLINE,  However, ALL OF MY DEVICES ARE STILL WORKING AS NORMAL.  I have tried to reboot my router, But that did not resolve the issue.  I also replaced the Ethernet cable that was included with my previous gateway, which did improve the overall performance of my current gateway, But it did not resolve the issue of being disconnected 

my previous gateway was the ARC 1388  FA.  I thought that Verizon was going to send me me the same model gateway.

But they sent me the WNC CR200A gateway, Which actually does work quite a bit better then my previous Gateway.  So BIGTIME KUDOS TO VERIZON!!!
