We certainly want to ensure that you are able to access any website that you wish to visit. Can you share more with us about what you are experiencing? Are you needing to allow a trusted website to your mobile device? Do you currently utilize any features, like Verizon Smart Family, to allow/block content for your devices?

We don't use IE7 anymore, there should be no need to set "trusted websites". The site should just work.
Are you able to share the website? What actually happens when you load said website?

I am having the same issue. I'm trying to access a website that I use for work, and have successful use for work for many years, but now it will not let me into the site. I did turn off safe browsing and was able to access the site. But obviously do not want to do that. It was marked as not being encrypted. I do not have family share

I totally get what you're going through! I've encountered a similar issue on my site when trying to access certain tools or services that had been working fine for years. One of the most frustrating things I faced was the sudden issue with encryption warnings and being unable to access trusted websites, which, like you, was vital for my work.
For me, it turned out to be a combination of a few things: outdated SSL certificates, changes to browser security settings, and even occasional hiccups with the web host’s security protocols. Initially, I turned off safe browsing (just like you did), which allowed me to access the site, but I wasn’t comfortable leaving it that way. It felt like an unnecessary security risk, especially when you're running a website with customer data.
After a bit of troubleshooting, I realized that checking my site’s SSL certificates and making sure everything was up to date helped me resolve the issue. I also worked with my hosting provider to get their help in ensuring the encryption was properly set up. Once those were sorted, I didn’t need to disable safe browsing anymore, and my site was back to working normally.
Speaking of work-related tools, I’ve also run into issues with other apps I use for content creation, like Alight Motion. When you’re trying to edit or animate video content, it can be pretty frustrating if the app isn't loading or keeps crashing. At one point, I had to figure out how to troubleshoot this with Alight Motion, especially when the app wasn't opening due to device restrictions or updates. I tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and checking for the latest updates—eventually, everything was back up and running smoothly. So, if you’re using Alight Motion and facing issues like this, I’d recommend trying the same steps.
In case you haven't already, you might want to double-check if the site’s SSL certificate has expired or if any recent changes were made to its security protocols. If it's something you don't control directly, contacting the site’s admin or support team might give you more insight.

You can access your home dashboard by logging into your account on the device you’re using. Look for a "Settings" or "Security" section, then find the option to manage "Trusted Websites" or "Trusted Applications." From there, you can add the website you need. Let me know if you need step-by-step help!
