May 2025 -Home Internet Promo Redeemtion Issue

Hello I signed up a bit over a month ago in may for home internet. I was promised a samsung credit & meta raybans from the promo then. Could I get some assistance on this matter?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the promotion eligibility and redemption processes were clarified. If others encounter similar problems with redeeming an offer they were qualified for, common issues can include system delays, back end errors, and/or not submitting the rebate/offer within the required timeframe.
