I signed up for 5g home interest last month after seeing an advertisement for a free XBOX with new service installation. Since then, I received the email to redeem this offer. However, Verizon's email provided a link to my user account inside Verizon. No further steps or sub links are found that indicate where to redeem the XBOX promotion. This is very frustrating, and I see many people having the same issue.
