I signed up for 5g home interest last month after seeing an advertisement for a free XBOX with new service installation. Since then, I received the email to redeem this offer. However, Verizon's email provided a link to my user account inside Verizon. No further steps or sub links are found that indicate where to redeem the XBOX promotion. This is very frustrating, and I see many people having the same issue.
We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox redemption. To redeem the Xbox, click on Get Xbox Series X on us redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans" in your My Verizon account. Please let us know if this tile isn't showing up for you and we can help you redeem it.
