I haven’t received the email for the Xbox yet but customer service stated I’d be getting one and the gift card. How can I get more information? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

If not, that is the best place to get started with the redemption. If the tile is not there, or you encounter an error when using the tile, we can also help with that.

I got a link to redeem my gift card. But the tile for the Xbox is not there. I contacted support and they are saying 5-7 I should get an email or see the tile. Is there no way to speed that up?
WhatupwitV, it's great to hear that you got the link to redeem your gift card. Just to be sure, did they help you redeem your Xbox and now you're waiting for a confirmation, or do you still need to redeem that part?

I was just told 4-6 weeks before I hear get an update. This seems to be wrong. I canceled a good internet to get a run around. I need someone to call me asap

I have not redeemed the Xbox. Still waiting on that email. And I keep getting told “it’s escalated” but I’m still looking at at least a month. And that’s not even for sure. Rep today said I will “have an update” tomorrow. My kids birthday is coming, we bought a bunch of games and accessories for it as we were hoping to surprise him(wasn’t his gift initially). Now I’m told it’s “out of stock” and may still be a while.
