I haven’t received the email for the Xbox yet but customer service stated I’d be getting one and the gift card. How can I get more information? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

I got a link to redeem my gift card. But the tile for the Xbox is not there. I contacted support and they are saying 5-7 I should get an email or see the tile. Is there no way to speed that up?

That’s half the problem. I haven’t even redeemed it!!! No one has been able to help get to the redemption part.

I see similar issues from many customers.
You guys are simply saying, go to tile and click redeem. But are you not understanding that customers are not able to see tile and there is no email communication which says how to redeem Xbox.
Customer care is useless. I am in same boat as this gentleman waiting for this Xbox for his son's birthday as a surprise.
You guys will submit a request, ask us to wait for 5-7 days. Then we check with after 5-7 days, then you will see I don't see any information recorded on your account. I'm sorry that you are facing this issue and I'm not sure what previous representative did. But I will guarantee that I will solve your issue. He/she will do something, ask for another 5-7 days.
And cycle repeats.
I'm waiting since 40 days. I just talked with customer care, she has filed another claim now. I feel like Verizon has worst customer care. You are selling product, but dont care about customer experience at all. Plus $$$$$ for x. y, z taxes on bill.

I was just told 4-6 weeks before I hear get an update. This seems to be wrong. I canceled a good internet to get a run around. I need someone to call me asap

I have not redeemed the Xbox. Still waiting on that email. And I keep getting told “it’s escalated” but I’m still looking at at least a month. And that’s not even for sure. Rep today said I will “have an update” tomorrow. My kids birthday is coming, we bought a bunch of games and accessories for it as we were hoping to surprise him(wasn’t his gift initially). Now I’m told it’s “out of stock” and may still be a while.
