Moving service to new address

I am a recent 5G Home Internet service customer with Verizon. Been with Verizon for 5+ years. I recently moved (3 blocks down the street) and wanted to switch my internet to the new place. I kept checking the app because I would enter my new address and was getting a pop up saying “currently unavailable”. Spoke to 2 Agents to get this issue resolved and was told since I am moving and they only offer a certain amount of people I would have to disconnect and wait. I kept arguing “so since I am an existing customer I still loose my service because I am moving?”. Over and over they kept saying yes. Finally the last customer said they could boost the service to my new address so that I could switch my service and not loose anything. Only thing is that I had to wait for my move in date which was provided to them. So now here is my move in date and I can’t switch my service so I call back and give them the gossip of the last conversation. Do some digging and was told that they are not allowed to do such things and basically the person lied to me about boosting the service. I am in such disappointment with Verizon at the moment and really thinking of disconnecting my whole services. 5 years I been with them and never been so betrayed by someone.
