I called to transfer my internet service to a new address on 12-19-24. I told the representative the cut off date will be 12-23-24 from old address and switched over to new address. On 12-20-24 my internet is cut off, I'm still putting boxes in uhaul truck. The representative was asked to cut off Monday not Friday. Another fios rep made me get a new router for nothing, not knowing that my internet service was cut off because Monday is the day for cut off. I called again and was told service will be put back on, but now I have to wait until December 30th! I have niece and nephews coming over for Christmas but due to big mistake I have to wait until December 30th to have internet in my new place?
