My 5g box stopped working

My 5g box just stopped working the other day and I was told I can’t pick up a replacement in store so I have to wait 3-5 days and I work from home. Verizon said they would expedite shipping which I was grateful for.  Well the agent forgot to put apt number on the order so ups was unable to deliver it. I went on ups to try and correct the address problem (which is an option ups offered) Verizon restricted the change and now I’m without WiFi and work since the 8th. Just disappointed that better or different options are not available if things like this happen smh
