My Verizon app crashes when trying to disable UPnP

Due to the security issue accompanying the universal plug and play option I’m trying to disable the UPnP for my Verizon 5g home internet.  When I touch the toggle to disable it from within myverizon app the app crashes and shuts down.

That sounds like an appcrash bug. It doesn't happen on my Samsung S23 (I just tested) but you didn't say if you were using Android or iPhone. Depending on the phone platform, there are a lot of steps you can try (e.g., clearing storage and cache), clearing all permissions, then uninstalling/reinstalling the app., and giving it any permission that it requests).

Personally, I manage my router exclusively from the admin interface via a web browser. Are you familiar with how to login to the routers admin interface via web browser?

Jillnipa, we want to make sure that you're able to manage your device through your My Verizon app. Please tell us, what happens when you use the desktop site instead of the app? Do you run into the same issue? Have you tried using an alternate browser?
