before I signed up for Verizon I was approved for lifeline because I’m low income. When I signed up with Verizon I gave them all the information on my lifeline account. They said they would process it and should be seen on my 2nd or 3rd billing. I’m almost 1 year in the service and no lifeline discount has been applied. This is just blatant incompetence of Verizon for overlooking such an easy but needed thing by me.
