NFL Sunday ticket

I switched to Verizon internet on August 6,2024. Was told that I would get an email to activate my NFL Sunday ticket but never received one. On my app it shows I am enrolled in it but no button shows up to manage it. I have been on the phone with Verizon 2 separate times at over an hour a piece with the representative trying to see what is wrong. First time was told it’s an error on their side and my case would be elevated to someone else and that she would call me back in a week. No call ever came. I called again same thing but I asked for a supervisor and got hung up on. It’s now the end of September and I’m very frustrated!! I have been with Verizon Wireless for 6 years now and love the service. The customer service has gone way downhill.
