I'm having the hardest time returning equipment. I live in the hills and my reception is not very good, we've had the Verizon service for about a year and for the most part are pleased with the overall service. However, the TV streaming gets very pixelated and so we disconnected the service. I now have the 5G router, and I am unable to return it. Verizon sent me a label, but it was accidentally thrown out by our maids. I need a label printed and sent to me or even emailed.
I tried to take the equipment to a local store and they said they can not accept equipment over 30 days out, I've tried multiple times to contact customer service, but because my number is disconnected, it does not put me through to a human being, and I can't figure out any other way to get in touch with a human being. I've called the support number 10 times over the last hour or so and I can't find an option that leads me to a person. It keeps telling me that it cannot find my account in the system or something like that and then I cannot get through.
