I believe I have finally figured out how an intruder has been getting into my network. My neighbor had an unsecure Wi-Fi extender & after she unplugged it, things were normal for a day. Then, yesterday I discovered him in my Apple TV box after he gained control of my TV & disabling the remote. When I went to check Apple TV settings, I saw him moving around the settings & changing things. I immediately unplugged it. I eventually determined he was using my unsecure Vizio soundbar Wi-Fi to gain access. After unplugging it, I haven’t seen any abnormal activity. I’m going to open it up & disconnect the Wi-Fi circuit board in the soundbar. I don’t need it anyhow.
