Never ending charges

8/31 I was encouraged to try out the Verizon home internet at my local store.  Tried it for less than a day and tried to return it to store.  Nope - have to call and request a return label.  Did just that on 9/10.  Was told to expect it 7-10 business days later.  On day 11 I called and nope - no label was sent oh and by the way the device was. It canceled so you owe us for a month of service that was not even used.  Label arrives a couple of days later along with a box that is too small for the machine.  Used my own box and took it to the UPS store.  A week later I get an email “reminding” me to mail the machine back.  I called and asked why I had gotten this email as I had mailed the box back over a week prior.  Customer rep verified that machine had been received.  Oh but ai was being charged for another month of usage because I had not cancelled within 30 days.  I had on 9/10 and again on 9/24z. Spent over an hour trying to be credited back for the charge.  Fast forward to 10/30 when I get an email saying I wa being charged $200 for on-return of the machine that had been mailed back over 3 weeks ago and verified as being received by the customer service rep.

have spent over three hours tonight trying to get resolution but after first rep stopped communicating and second rep says “give me a few minutes to look over your account” here I am still waiting nearly 30 minutes to see if she is even still alive.

Do NOT try out home internet if you want to avoid a migraine and over 6 hours of wasted time with no end in sight.
