Verizon has yet again failed to deliver on their promises. It's been almost 90 days, and I still haven't received the email about the Nintendo Switch. I've spent hours with agents who keep opening tickets and telling me to wait another week or two, but nothing ever changes. At this point, I'm feeling like giving up.
Might just cancel the service altogether!

Update- after the 5th try and a couple more hours i was able to redeem the offer. Now hopefully it will ship ๐
