Never receive Nintendo Switch after promised

I tried to claim the promised Nintendo Switch for the 5g home internet plan on May 27th, the order is confirmed but the item is never shipped until now! Called customer service many times but they always say that is not in stock and delay the shipping date again and again! In fact they never want to honer their promise, and deceive their customer by making various excuses! For any potential customer of their plan, don't believe their any promises! They are not trustworthy!

That's odd we got ours. But as soon as we got ours our box got a GPS lock on it .. and now we can't use it which is absurd! We work from home! And they won't do anything to fix it.
