So this afternoon I had a Verizon Tech come by my apartment with the 5G Router box, which he assisted me with setting up. I could have done the setup myself, though when Verizon stipulated how the professional setup would be free of charge, I though why not., right. Now it seems how there is no free lunch and I have been charged $99 for the professional setup. That left a bad a taste in my mouth, and so much that I'm now considering canceling the 5G completely and taking Spectrum up on their $50 "wired" service. Customer Service is a complete waste of time, as there's a language barrier with offshore outsourcing.
