I'm trying to sign up for the 5G Home Internet since almost every provider in my area is either too slow (satellite) or is going to take a while doing construction (cable). The issue I've ran into while signing up is my address doesn't show up on the site, other addresses on my street show up but my house is missing. My house was finished being built this year and is registered with the state and USPS so I don't know why it isn't showing up. My brother has already talked to a Verizon rep on the phone about it and they said they put in a form to get the address added and it still hasn't shown up yet. Can anyone help me with this?
I just used my mother-in-laws address. You can have a different mailing and โlocationโ address. Iโd go into a store to buy it and have them do that part for you.
