I am a new customer I signed up for $200 Target gift card and Nintendo switch promo and was informed that this promotion is only available for certain zip codes. I need help understanding this because I have not read that anywhere

Seems like they scammmmed alot of people into buying their worthless 5 g home internet.

superb304, I'm sorry you've been having some trouble. We have found that thereโ€™s been an issue with some customer being unable to claim the Nintendo Switch or $200 Target gift card offer. If you do qualify, and have not been able to claim the reward, please wait 5-7 business days before trying to redeem the reward. Weโ€™re trying to correct those issues, and hope to have things resolved then. Please wait to try again, in that timeframe.

That's a new one.  Yesterday I was told my email address couldn't be validated, even after receiving emails from Verizon earlier that day to the very same email address in question.
