Hello!
I recently purchased Verizon Home 5G WiFi. It was said when I purchased it that there is a promo for an Xbox Series X, and a $200 Amazon gift card. I received the two emails stating I can redeem my Xbox and Amazon promo, and yesterday I followed the link into MyVerizon and found both of the tiles for the redemptions. I was able to redeem the $200 Amazon gift card, however when I went back to click the tile to redeem the Xbox it was no longer there! I understand this has been an issue for some, and I’m looking for guidance in hopes to redeem my Xbox promo. If a Verizon rep could assist that would be amazing. I’m posting this in hopes to get the Xbox promo prior to them “being out of stock”.

How long did it take to hear back after the escalation form was submitted? I had mine submitted 3 weeks ago and still nothing, not even an email. I called yesterday and was given the run around for an hour without any help.

Hello, isa9800. Help is here as you deserve answers and a resolution regarding the Xbox promotion. Once an escalation form is submitted, our promotions team will review it to confirm qualification. Once this is done, we can confirm via your account the time frame of when the Xbox will be shipped which is taking approximately four to six weeks.

Doubtful it will happen. I ordered middle of December and all I've gotten are tickets placed, and update requests but zero resolutions. If you aren't in too deep just cancel if it was only for the promotion
