Nintendo Switch--1 year later, still no joy

Hello all,

It has been over a year since I changed my internet service to Verizon under the Target Gift Card/Nintendo Switch promotion in 2024. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and have escalated as well. I have been told they are out, I have been told I'm not eligible, that I am eligible but they don't know why this is happening, that they will call me back with answers--but nothing. Has anyone SUCCESSFULLY gotten the Nintendo Switch deal? I am tired of speaking to customer services agents who aren't able to do anything and just put me off. All I want is what I was promised when I signed up for this promotion. I'm looking to switch to another carrier at a lower price.  This is ridiculous and I've been nothing but patient about this.

Oh yes. There was an error with the redemption tile on my account--MANY people had this issue. I have spoken to customer service agents about this extensively. The tile has never appeared for me and I have been told that the issue has been escalated numerous times. Nothing ever gets resolved. All I want is what I signed up for.  The last time I spoke to someone I was told that Verizon was out of Nintendo Switches and that's why I didn't have one, but that someone would let me know when they were available. I never heard a thing. This was near the end of last year. I just recently saw that the deal was being offered again, so I thought I'd see if anyone had received any sort of satisfaction. From what I can see, there hasn't been any.
