Iโm having the exact same issue and Iโm the account owner. They told me it was stock issues?

I'm the Account Manager. The reward is for my Home Internet service that I'm paying for and is under my email address, but the phone plan is associated with my brother's email address. I had him forward the email to me and the redemption page now doesn't work either through the email or through my account.

castleman12, to redeem the Nintendo Switch offer you need to go to My Verizon, for the account which has the qualifying 5G/LTE Home device. Whoever is the Account Owner or Manager, then needs to look under the 'Make the Most of Your Plans' section. There any eligble promo for an equipment purchase will be visible. If you do not have online Account Manager acces, the then Account Owner would need to complete the submission.
