I don’t understand why it is this difficult to claim? I made the switch to Verizon home internet back in May, pay my bill on time every month, and now I can’t claim my Nintendo Switch that I was promised for making the switch??!?! I even called Customer Service twice and all that I was told is” we’re looking into and we’ll call you back.” Just keep getting the runaround and judging by other posts I’ve seen, this has been a problem for sometime and there’s still no solution??? 

This needs to be resolved!! Stop treating you customers this way. If you can’t fulfill this offer, then you need to come up with something else.

Hi Natasha….Every time I try to redeem this whether it be on the app or on a laptop, I keep getting the following message every single time:

We're sorry.
There was an error when adding this Nintendo Switch or $200 The Home Depot Gift Card promotion to your verizon account.

Please try again later.”

I’ve called 2-3 times now and was told I would get a call back with a resolution. That was about a week ago now.

Ive upheld my end of the deal but Verizon doesn’t seem to want to hold up their end. I don’t understand why it’s this difficult.  I understand things happen, but based on other forums I’ve seen here, this seems to be common with this deal.

I need a resolution to this sooner than later please.
