The tile to redeem the nintendo switch was ready to redeem on 6/5 and when I click on it to redeem it takes me to a FAQ page. I have called customer service 4 times and still no resolution. I signed up for this service to get the nintendo switch for my daughter's birthday 6/25. I am very disappointed as I have been a customer for over 12 years.
