I signed up for 5g home internet with the nintendo switch promotion. I have done everything correctly and do qualify as confirmed by multiple customer service reps over the phone.
I never received an original email to redeem and after calling was informed that a couple people were having this issue. My problem was escalated and I was told I would receive an email. I received an email on 08/22 with a promo code to redeem. The promo code did not work so I called again. They escalated the issue again and I was sent another email with the exact same code that doesn't work. So I called AGAIN. A service rep was able to get an order submitted for me on 09/10. It never shipped and I waited patiently. Finally I tried calling again to check the status and was told the order was denied on 09/17 because I was sent that original email code. I never got any notification of the denial, so I've just been sitting around waiting for something that was apparently never coming.
I've now called again because I was disconnected with the first person. (How many times is this now? I don't even know.) I'm being told different things such as; the nintendo switch is out of stock and that I don't qualify because it's past the redemption period. I know the switch isn't out of stock, because it surely wouldn't be listed on the website for sale if it was. I know that if I'm out of the redemption period now, it's through no fault of my own, but I don't think that's true either.
I feel like I'm being played here. It's absolutely ridiculous.
