Today is the day that i was supposed to be able to redeem my Nintendo switch and 200$ target gift card. The tiles have disappeared. I have tried online and in the app, but the tiles are just gone. Nobody from customer service can help me and I feel like I am being given the run around.

Same here customer service told me 24/48 hrs that was 2 days ago on top of me already waiting the original 65 days I also got a email talking about redeem now but the tiles disappeared also literally the day before I was supposed to redeem them

Good morning. There's a know issue with the Nintendo Switch and $200.00 Target gift cards causing the tiles to disappear. We're aware of the issue and asking for 7 days for the issue to be resolved. We appreciate your patience.
