Nintendo Switch and Gift Card Promo

Can anyone confirm if  they  have actually received the Nintendo Switch AND $200 Target gift card? 

I signed up for the 5G home internet 3/25/2024, when signing up I was told after 65 days of having internet I would receive a code to redeem Nintendo switch and Target gift card 

nothing has yet to come up on my account to I called Verizon to ask and they tell me oh that has expired. Informed them I did sign up within the timeframe (I also have an email from Verizon with proof that I’m eligible)

they said okay we will submit a form, the offer will show on account in 5 days . I waited a week and then I used the chat option and the lady is telling me NO it’s either or . So choose between the Nintendo or the gift card . ALTHOUGH I have the promotional email stating AND not OR . 
She sent me an email with promo code for Nintendo, I go to add Nintendo to car and apply promo code and it states Promo code is not applied to item in your cart . I have double checked, removed, refreshed, I’ve tried it all with no success . 

Verizon customer service has been no help . 

Did they promote false advertisement or are people actually receiving the promo that was offered ????

I was told I would receive an email and they never sent it! Called back twice and still no resolution. This is so crazy!

Unsure if yours has been resolved , After many many attempts I was unable to get it resolved 

I reached out to file a complaint through Verizon Executive dept and they resolved it right away . 
I already received my gift card and my Nintendo is being shipped out . 

I definitely recommend going that route if you are still having trouble!
