Nintendo Switch promo / $200.00 Target Gift card promo

Been getting the run around from Verizon regarding this promotion. I am far past the 65 days, keep getting told it's coming. Hours on the phone with them. Absolute worst customer service I have seen.  Company seems extremely deceitful offering this for signing up and not delivering. No resolution from 2 hours on the phone.

Hello, akmikef. Help is here as we always want to see our customers receive the promotion they qualify for. Please tell us more. Are the tiles not available via your online My Verizon account? Have you attempted to redeem the Target gift card via our Rebate site? Please share details.

I do not have any tiles in my account for this. I have received no links to try and redeem it. I have called multiple times and keep being told it will arrive in my account which it does not.

I have responded multiple times and get the same generic answers. What you guys put your customers through is ridiculous.

We don't want you to miss out on that Switch promotion. Have there been any escalation done about the Switch promotion? If so, please check your e-mail for a redemption code you can use to order your Switch. If there's nothing there, please let us know.

Same here I’ve called and talked to several people kept me on the phone for hours and still nothing .. I received the target card (so it’s been the 65 days obviously )just still waiting on the Nintendo switch .. when will this be corrected ?
