So the promo became available to me on the 8th of this month. When i went to redeem it didnt work, the page was an error page. I contacted Verizon and submitted a ticket and the agent did an escalated ticket, i was told they would call me in a few days NO RESPONSE. I just contacted them again and the agent did another escalated ticket and i was again told by the agent it would be 3 to 5 days and they would call me. If after 5 days I do not get a phone call or response email, and this issue is not resolved with shipping confirmation i will be filing legal action against them for this.
When a a company like this is so quick to offer all these things to customers and not follow through but will take action against me if i dont pay my bill on time then they need to be held accountable for the things that they promise. I have the screen shots of the agent telling me i qualify for it and that its still an offer that is up and running etc. I will not play with them, don
t send your sales reps randomly to peoples houses and tell them about these things and not do what you say your going to do.
