Nintendo switch and $200 Target card

Where is my Nintendo Switch and $200 Target gift card? We signed up in March of this year and was promised this promotion. 
We have called customer service several times and sometimes promised they were both on the way. 
We switched from another cell carrier at the same time. Plus added your IPad, Apple Watch, and many other services.  Seems like you’d honor the promotion. I hope you can remedy this issue. Please contact us. Thank you
