I was told I would receive email to claim the Nintendo switch ..but still no email yet?

Hello, Mike69bowen. Thanks so much for this info. Rest assured, help is here. When did you sign up for the service? Also, just to ensure we are on the same page, as there are many promotions, which service did you activate to qualify for the promotion in question?

I've spent many hours in chat with support and has gotten me no where ...let me copy and paste what all has been discussed!

This is a joke rite ? I signed up for service with the Nintendo switch being the promotion and was told In chat with rep that was correct but Verizon keeps sending me bogus NFL tickets that I don't even watch and I have all my chat history and documentation and receipts clearly shows Verizon bate and switch on this promotion deal and I'm just gonna turn all this over to someone who will take care of it once and for all .I have wasted hours in chat to only be sold a service at a higher price and lied to ..I'm done dealing reps that are not there for their customers ..beware I will post this and all the chats I have on every site I can do no one has to go thru what I have over a promotion !

I don't even want to talk to a supervisor any more since I've also been denied that as well ..which I have that in my chat logs as well.

Well I have already heard from other members that a rep sold them the same service they signed up for in return of the original promotion and this exact same thing has happen to me ..what a coincidence..sale me the same service I already had and I would get the promotion I was promised at the time I signed up for internet 5G home plus and they increased my price and still not received the promotion Nintendo switch I was offered ..wow really ..seems odd this is the way you shouldn't treat a value customer as you say I am .. if you did not want to give this promotion to your valued customers  why would you offer it .. then play games and still not get it this is not a way to treat valuable customers.

No tile . But I all copy's of all my chats that others will find interesting tho ...I'm really heart broken over this and being treated like a child by the reps is something I can't believe a company as big as Verizon would let go on ..I'm  not a child nor am I gonna be handled like this!
