I have called multiple times and have been told that I can get the Nintendo switch offer. It's been months and I keep chatting and calling but now the agent is telling me all the submissions are not being approved. When I clearing that with a specialist that promised me that I will be receiving the email soon to claim it. Now the agent im chatting with is saying something about ordering me new router to get the point of sale date right im very confused I just want to stop jumping through hoops and get my rebate already!!!

I am in the same boat. We are incredibly upset at the amount of times we've had to call Verizon to get our Nintendo Switch for my dad switching from Spectrum to Verizon Home Internet. We have proof that we are eligible, yet we never received the tile. We called, chatted, MULTIPLE TIMES, and yet, no one can help us. Why is this so hard? You click on a deal that you are eligible for, you complete the terms and conditions, yet no one at Verizon has any idea how to complete the offer? This was done in MAY. Was supposed to wait until November to get the tile. NOTHING. and now they are telling us we are ineligible? HOW? I have a screen shot (thank god.) of us showing we qualify for the offer. What is the problem? This was supposed to be a christmas gift for my son from my dad. and now you've ruined christmas.
To top it off, my husband and i switched from Spectrum to Verizon recently as well and were supposed to get a $200 gift card. We registered it on the rebate site, and it says it will be sent by November 21. Still nothing. It says pending when we click the status. What in the world is going on, Verizon? If someone doesn't help us, at this point, we are going to the FCC and also filing a BBB complaint. (By the way, your customer service rep told me to 'go ahead' when I also told him that)
