I wanted to bring to your attention some serious issues we've been experiencing with the Verizon Nintendo Switch promotion. Despite following all the required steps and patiently waiting through the grace period, we were informed that we will not be receiving the promotion as expected.
We fulfilled all necessary criteria and have been in contact with customer service multiple times, yet our concerns have not been adequately addressed. This situation is not only frustrating but also disappointing, as we were looking forward to taking advantage of this promotion.
Has anyone else faced similar issues? If so, any advice on how to escalate this matter would be greatly appreciated. It's disheartening to see a lack of support for loyal customers trying to benefit from a promotion that was advertised as straightforward.
