No network

I need help trying to see if anyone is on the area trying to fix my internet.  I have a ticket number and was promised a 12-24 hrs fix time and still not fixed. Tech support tested my gateway and everything was working fine. I hate not having internet.  Please help

JoeFox, the last thing we want is for you to have problems home internet. Let's figure out what the issue is. First off, let's try some troubleshooting by going to this link https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Please find your router and select the issue that most closely matches your issue.
