Nook and Kindle Are denied access to Verizon Home Internet

I installed the home internet gateway yesterday and everything is activated.  I connected my iPhone, iPad, and Windows Surface tablet with no issues.  I also connected my husband's Samsung Tablet.  When I went to connect my  new Kindle and Nook Glowlight Plus, I get an error message on both devices that the router has denied access to both of these devices.  The password is correct.  They are finding the network fine, however, neither device will connect. Can anyone help me figure out what is going on?  Thanks in advance

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems connecting your Kindle and Nook. We want to make sure you can connect to them without any issues. Are you using 5G Home Internet, 4G Home Internet, or Verizon FIOS? Are you having problems connecting anything else?

What a challenge getting all the devices set up.  So glad the others have connected, now we just need to connect the Kindle and Nook to the 5G Home Internet.  Here is addition instructions available:  https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-219981/

We appreciate the additional details Ik73. Are you connecting using a VPN or do you have any apps that modify your original network on those devices?

I am having the same problems with my ring cameras. Previously with T-Mobile I had options of 2.4 or 5. All the videos I’ve watched say to try other connections but that isn’t an option.
